Someone + somewhere
Someo exists because hiring shouldn't start with a pile of CVs and end with silence on both sides.
What we believe
Most hiring starts with paperwork and ends with ghosting. We started somewhere else: with the idea that a workplace is more than a listing, a person is more than a job title, and the working relationships that last begin when both sides genuinely want them.
So on Someo, you describe how your place really runs, the pace, the hours, how you teach people, and people describe who they are. Someo looks for the overlap, explains it in plain sentences, and only opens a conversation when you've both said yes.
The promises we keep
One small fee, no subscriptions. You pay once per published opportunity. Optional pushes are one-offs, priced upfront. People never pay.
Fit leads, facts follow. Pay, hours and location are always shown, but the introduction is about whether someone would actually want to work with you. Numbers never rate people here.
Mutual interest before contact. Nobody's details cross until both of you have said yes, so every conversation you open is with someone who wants to be in it.
Every place is real. A quick, free verification before your first opportunity goes live keeps Someo somewhere people trust.
